The Parlour
The smaller room that works on its own or beside a larger event.
The Parlour seats 80 for a banquet and hosts 160 standing, all at ground level through the same foyer as The Gallery. It works as a self-contained room for private dinners, meetings, christenings and wakes, or alongside a larger booking as a bridal room, green room, quieter sitting or production base.

The room
One room, two roles
The Parlour can carry the occasion or support the room next door.
Booked alone, it gives a private dinner, christening, wake or working day a room of its own. Booked with a larger space, it becomes a bridal room, green room, VIP holding area, children's room or production base. The shared foyer keeps movement between spaces indoors.
By day it takes board meetings, AGMs, workshops and lunches. By night it can be set as one long table for 80, rounds for dinner or an open standing room. Service comes from the commercial kitchen adjoining The Gallery, with catering, bar and staff run by Croatian House.

The open plan shifts between a table, rounds, theatre rows and standing use, and can also give a larger event a separate room close by.

The commercial kitchen adjoining The Gallery serves The Parlour. Croatian House provides the catering, bar and staff, with menus built around the event. External catering and BYO alcohol are not available.
03 Using it with other spaces
The Parlour can be booked alone or alongside The Gallery or Heritage Hall. Its ground-floor position and shared foyer allow guests and staff to move between rooms without going outside.
04 Arrival, access & parking
The room is on the ground floor through the foyer shared with The Gallery. Access is step-free from the car park, men's and women's toilets are nearby, and parking is available on site.

- Yes. The room can work as a separate support space alongside either venue.
- Is it suitable for a wake?
- Yes. The Parlour is used for wakes and for the meal after a service.
- Who provides the catering?
- Croatian House does, from the commercial kitchen adjoining The Gallery.
- Is audiovisual available?
- Audiovisual requirements can be arranged as part of the booking.
